BEWARE

To be cautious or careful

This is a play on words

BEWARE => BE AWARE

Positive or Negative,
we should always be aware of our surroundings and of our actions.

Not just the environment,
but also the people and activities.

Not only the dangerous,
but also the beautiful and exciting.

And not just what we shouldn't do,
but what we could or should do.

We have an impact every day,
on more people than we can possibly know.

Cut them off or let them into traffic.
Hold the door or let is close behind you.
Appreciate a courtesy or ignore them.

Our environment impacts us.
Sunshine vs. Rain
Lush green parkways vs. concrete jungles

The people around us impact us.
Friendly vs. Cold or Rude
Open vs. Crowded
Attractive vs. Ugly

But, you really need to realize the impact
that you have on yourself.

BEWARE of how you treat yourself.

BE AWARE of how you treat yourself.

There are numerous references and things that we can do
to improve our self-image and worth.

The 2nd Great Commandment
Love your neighbor as you love yourself

The Law of Attraction
We attract what we are.
Positive people attract positive people.
Happy people attract happy people.
But beware, Complainers attract complainers.

Live a life of Service
Luke 6:38 "Give, and it will be given to you.
A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.
For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
Mark 10:45 "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served,
but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

When you help others, you receive a sense of accomplishment and reward that will lift your spirits all day.

Notice the people around you.
Give compliments.
Give your time.
Donate what you can.
It gives you a great feeling.
As those you help smile, you will smile.

Be Thankful
If you are not happy and thankful for what you have,
why should you be given more?
Thank your Lord every day, with every moment that you see a gift.
A light that seems to change just for you.
Your loving puppy greeting you enthusiastically at the door.
A smile from an attractive person.
It's all around you. Enjoy it and give thanks.

"There are only two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle."
Albert Einstein

BEWARE, BE AWARE of how you treat yourself!
